In the mid 1840's, farms were established every 200-300 yards along the Mill Brook. Mad River Barn comprises two farmhouses from this period and the surrounding lands. The white farmhouse is our office and the red barn is our pub, game room and dining room. Seven rooms with baths were added to the barn during the 1960's. |

The stairwell in front of the Annex farmhouse was created as a 19th century form to hold the bank. |
