Nestled in the Green Mountains of Vermont, the Mad River Barn is situated on 17 beautiful acres of gardens, woodlands and streams.

Our iconic ceremony site, pub, dining room and grounds are available Monday-Thursday from May through October

Utilize our more formal dining room and/or the cozy comfort of the upstairs pub. Host all of your guests on property & indulge in the included breakfast, spending every moment surrounded by your closest family and friends.

A private ceremony under the arbor, followed by an eight course dinner for two. Have something else in mind? We are happy to completely customize your celebration in a way that fits exactly what you are looking for!

‘ Formal ‘ Dining Room

Our downstairs dining room seats 80 guests indoors with an attached outdoor patio that is perfect for cocktail hour. From white linens and wine to burlap and beer the Dining Room is an elegant space to host a more formal plated or buffet meal

Pub & Game Room

The upstairs Pub & Game Room holds up to 80 people with a variety of table styles and bar seating in addition to the attached deck. A high end sound system offers the perfect opportunity for a playlist, DJ or Live Band to provide a night of dancing in the Pub (or on the bar…we won’t tell!)

Lodging for You & Your Guests

Our Boutique Inn is home to 18 guests rooms, each with a unique layout.
The family-friendly lodging style enables us to sleep up to 75 guests at full capacity.

Micro Weddings will be contracted to fill the eight rooms in the Main Barn for the duration of your event.
The additional ten rooms on property are able to be booked and utilized for your guests based on availability.
Any rooms in the Longhouse, Annex or Farmhouse that are not booked by your party will be made available to public reservations 120 days prior to your event.
